Rachel works closely with Raines’s team of search consultants to keep the search process efficient and make sure communications and schedules run without hitch. Her multi-talented hands also help to schedule internal recruits, book travel, and plan staff meetings and other internal engagements.
In her role, Rachel works collaboratively with Raines’s team of search consultants throughout each engagement to support the ongoing efficiency and improvement of the firm’s operational processes and maintain client relations. Additionally, she assists with scheduling internal recruits, booking candidate travel, and planning staff meetings.
Industry & Consulting Experience
Rachel recently graduated from Hofstra University, where she took business management courses such as Negotiations, Human Resource Management, and Labor Relations that inspired and informed her interest in business. Her training as a music performer has given her a unique attitude and a disciplined approach to the business world, and music continues to be the great love of her life, though Raines comes close.
