Raines Personal Brand Marketplace

It used to drive us crazy to have nothing to be able to offer top candidates when we didn't have the right open job for them when they were ready to move on. But now, we are introducing the Raines' Personal Brand Marketplace. Most of us aren't very good at telling our own stories, and when it comes to telling them to recruiters, we somehow get worse. Likely that is because we want to be broad enough to appeal to whatever future opportunity that recruiter might have up his or her sleeve. We help people extract that one word or phrase that best describes them. Then we design a personal logo that goes with that word or phrase. It's theirs to take anywhere they like, be that Linkedin, FB or the flag they plant at the top of Everest! We then feature some of those personal brands on our website as "specials of the week" if you will. And soon, they will join a whole collection of others in our one of a kind marketplace.

A couple of years back, some of us asked ourselves why agents were reserved for Hollywood and sports professionals. We thought it was wrong that key business people did not have them as well. So we decided to do something about it.

We are thrilled to be announcing the Raines Talent Management Group (RTMG). Think of it as the CAA for the rest of us. We are taking on a select number of individuals in whom we truly believe. Our objective is to help these people maximize their personal brand value. Here, we are paid solely by the individual, so placements are not drivers.

Good where you are? We will help to ensure that you and the group with whom you work get the absolute most out of each other. In your best interest to make some moves in order to get the biggest bang for your career buck? We will help you though that as well.

In addition to an ongoing customized data feed, tailored to who and where you are, as well as where you are headed, you will receive three hours of annual coaching, as well as access to an elite group of RTMG peers and alumni.
